Top SchoolBradley Ball is a seasoned data and cloud leader with 20+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server, Azure data platforms, and enterprise migrations, now serving as Senior Technical Program Manager for Business Strategy in Data & Analytics at Microsoft. He has guided global FastTrack initiatives, driven product-preview adoption for Azure SQL and Microsoft Fabric, and led large documentation and private-preview efforts that materially increased customer migrations and product support. Bradley pairs deep technical expertise—spanning SQL Server internals, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks and Vector DBs—with program-level strategy, stakeholder alignment, and LT reporting to turn complex platform goals into measurable adoption. A former SQL Server MVP and long-time community builder, he co-founded the Tales from the Field YouTube channel and regularly speaks at major conferences, blending technical evangelism with practical customer delivery. Based in Florida and a father of four, he balances high-velocity global program work with community mentoring and a penchant for comic books and roller coasters—evidence of his energetic, people-first leadership style.
