Senior🎓
Top SchoolBradley Herman is a seasoned software leader and entrepreneur with 12 years of experience building product-driven engineering teams and scalable web services. As Co-Founder and CTO of Release and a former Sr. Software Engineer at Coinbase, he blends hands-on Ruby on Rails and JavaScript expertise with strategic product and business acumen. He has repeatedly launched successful startups (Soothe, Jeevz) and led engineering at consumer and fintech companies, shipping APIs, mobile platforms, and data services at scale. Comfortable across the stack—Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch, React/React Native, and Heroku—he focuses on pragmatic architectures that accelerate growth without unnecessary complexity. Based in South Lake Tahoe, he’s as comfortable advising on go-to-market and tech strategy as he is debugging production incidents late at night. His background in computer engineering plus a track record of founding and scaling companies gives him a rare mix of builder mentality and operator discipline.
