Summary
👤
SeniorBradley Holt is a senior technology and workforce development leader with 16 years of experience building developer communities and education pipelines, currently leading Workforce Development Partnerships for IBM Quantum in New York. He designs programs that turn Qiskit learners into IBM Quantum Platform users—having built the field’s largest internship program that directly trained 400+ students and significantly advanced diversity in early-career quantum talent. Bradley combines deep developer advocacy experience across open source data, AI, and cloud platforms with hands-on program design for academia, government, and industry partnerships. He has a track record of translating technical platforms into curriculum and regional economic impact—earning recognition from the Colorado Governor’s Office—and serves on the Elevate Quantum advisory board to align education, policy, and job growth. Not obvious from his title: he pairs developer-facing evangelism with product-minded metrics and community operations, scaling distributed teams and programs to measurable workforce outcomes.
