Senior🎓
Top SchoolBradley Leatherwood is a founder and technical CEO with a decade of experience building product-led startups and shipping large-scale features at Google, blending product strategy, machine learning, and full-stack engineering. He founded inKibra to pioneer interactive AI-driven music formats and built both Rust/WebAudio engines and TensorFlow autoencoders to enable real-time recomposition, alongside inventing a novel graph database for performant music operations. At Google he shipped local-search and accessibility improvements reaching billions of users and led multiple internal innovation wins applying NLP and GAN-based ideas to discovery. His background spans social psychology and neuroscience through to finance and distributed systems, enabling him to design human-centered products with rigorous game-theoretic and security thinking (e.g., EIP-1080 for recoverable tokens). Comfortable leading multicultural teams and fundraising, he prefers lean, waste-reducing approaches and often surfaces the “intangibles” that keep diverse teams aligned toward ambitious technical roadmaps.
