Top SchoolBrandon Carroll is a pragmatic software leader with 11 years of experience building and scaling customer-focused digital products across retail and publishing, now leading Digital Applications Development at Designer Brands in Columbus. He blends hands-on engineering roots and entrepreneurship—having founded a startup—with progressive leadership roles at Wiley, Bath & Body Works, EXPRESS, and Olive to drive fast, iterative delivery that centers user delight. Known for coaching teams to translate customer needs into practical, high-impact features, he favors rapid feedback cycles and measurable outcomes over perfection. Comfortable across front-end and full-stack contexts, he brings both product empathy and operational rigor to eCommerce and web platforms.
