Summary
👤
SeniorBrandon F is a Senior Principal Engineer based in Dayton, Ohio, with eight years of focused experience leading research and production teams in applied machine learning and high-performance simulation. He excels at turning ambiguous, research-driven problems into customer-focused solutions and has a strong background in real-time visualization, HPC optimization, and multi-tenant cloud systems. At SRC he has progressed from hands-on engineering and visualization work to architecting enterprise solutions and now leading ML teams, and he previously drove product and engineering efforts to deliver Marxent’s 3D cloud platform. Known for transparent, risk-tolerant management, he empowers engineers to innovate while keeping projects aligned to business goals. A practical polyglot in Python, C++, Java and meta-programming, he combines low-level performance tuning with product-minded system design—an uncommon bridge between R&D experimentation and production-grade delivery.
