Top SchoolBrandon Gorson is a Senior Software Engineer based in Chicago with seven years of experience building full-stack web applications and shipping AI-driven features at Sprout Social. He led core engineering for Trellis, an in-product AI assistant, implementing end-to-end agent capabilities, streaming protocols, and production observability while contributing to adjacent ML infrastructure. Previously he founded Scout312, delivering multi-tenant Next.js products, Cloudflare Workers tooling, and solo-operated client sites, demonstrating both product ownership and hands-on deployment expertise. His background as a clinical leader working with traumatized youth informs a pragmatic, evidence-driven approach to problem solving and team mentorship. Comfortable across React, Node, Postgres, TypeScript, and serverless platforms, he combines operational discipline with a curiosity for prototyping new agent architectures and open-source demos. He brings a rare blend of therapeutic leadership experience and technical craft, often translating human-centered insight into robust developer-focused features.
