Top SchoolBrandon In is a founder and software leader with 10+ years building AI-driven healthcare and neurotech products that move from prototype to production. He founded Ensemble Neuroscience to drive precision brain-health decisions through whole-brain mapping and has led impactful applied work at UCSF—scaling a dyslexia screening program to 150,000 students and building speech-based transformers for early detection. Previously he scaled platform and engineering teams at Osmind, launched virtual care infrastructure at One Medical during COVID, and shipped remote monitoring and telehealth systems across startups. Technically versatile, he’s primarily a C# backend developer with substantial full-stack and mobile experience (React Native, Angular) and a track record of architecting CI/CD, microservices, and AI-agent workflows. Known for rapid solo prototyping (winning 25 of 35 hackathons since 2016), he combines resourcefulness with a deep focus on real-world clinical impact. Based in San Francisco, he hires, mentors, and builds durable systems that accelerate care and operational efficiency.
