Top SchoolBrandon Meyer is a software development manager in Kansas City with 13 years of experience leading teams to deliver business-critical, high-performance applications across cloud and on-prem environments. He blends hands-on engineering (Java, JavaScript, .NET, messaging protocols, web services, AWS/Azure) with people-first management—hiring, mentoring, and raising delivery standards while coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholder expectations. Brandon has a track record of modernizing legacy systems into centralized PaaS and cloud-native solutions, owning end-to-end architecture and operational reliability for financial and lending platforms. He’s comfortable as both a sole developer (former CTO) and a manager of larger teams, and he brings practical SME knowledge of payment/import processes and data processing performance. A former Marine Corps sergeant, he leverages disciplined systems thinking and field-proven troubleshooting skills to drive measurable product and process improvements.
