Top SchoolBrandon Pluim is a partner at Ravn Development with 11 years of experience leading product-focused engineering teams and shipping polished mobile and web applications for clients like Google, Pinterest, and Sephora. He blends hands-on architecture and iOS engineering with delivery and product management, often acting as the "air traffic controller" who removes blockers so teams can build beautiful, functional products. His background includes building foundational mobile SDKs at Adobe and leading high‑impact iOS teams at Instructure, where his work supported millions of daily users and highly rated apps. Comfortable switching between leadership, finance, devops, and marketing, he thrives in small-studio and startup environments where cross-functional pragmatism matters. Outside work he tinkers with 3D printing and electronics, fixes whatever his kids break, and pursues outdoorsy risks from snowboarding to dirt biking—proof of a hands-on problem solver who prefers learning by doing.
