Top SchoolBrandon Stevens is Director of Corporate Development at Optimize Financial Group with a decade of experience building partnerships that help mid‑to‑large advisory practices scale and prepare for succession. He specializes in strategic advisor recruitment across Canada, using tools like a proprietary Dealer Analysis Report to quantify enterprise value, succession readiness, and client service uplift. With a background in marketing, digital engagement and frontline operations, he blends people-first sales with analytical rigor to guide high-net-worth advisors through complex transitions. Brandon’s hands-on past roles—from social media and QuickBooks management to supervising member services at a golf club—give him uncommon empathy for operational realities behind advisory books. He is based in Old Toronto and balances relationship-driven business development with a pragmatic focus on measurable growth outcomes.
