Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolBrandon Tom is a seasoned web developer with 11 years of experience who currently builds full-stack applications at Geocaching HQ, blending C#/.NET and Node.js with modern front-end stacks like ES6 and React. He has a strong track record delivering responsive, user-focused interfaces from news sites at The Seattle Times to SaaS front ends at AudienceScience, and he favors simplifying complex tooling into intuitive experiences. Comfortable across back-end APIs and front-end architecture, he’s shipped production systems using Redux, Webpack, and a variety of legacy stacks when needed. Brandon pairs his technical craft with visual sensibilities from a BA in Graphic Design and creative pursuits in cinematography, photography, digital illustration, and 3D modeling—skills that inform his attention to UX and polish. Based in Renton, WA, he brings both product-minded thinking and hands-on coding discipline to cross-functional teams.
