Top SchoolBrandon Whiteley is a Senior Data Scientist with 19 years of analytical experience, currently driving data-driven decisioning at Guild Mortgage after building risk-standardization and automation solutions at Fannie Mae. He blends strong statistical foundations and machine learning with practical product thinking to consolidate reporting, standardize quantitative risk frameworks, and expand interactive visualizations that simplify complex business choices. Trained in mathematics (B.S. with honors) and business analytics (M.S.) from UT Austin, he pairs rigorous theory with hands-on implementation in R and Python. Colleagues rely on him to turn fragmented data into auditable, automated processes that save time and reduce manual variability—often by creating consolidated pipelines and repeatable metrics that business teams actually use.
