Top SchoolBrant Gurganus is a Full Stack Developer III based in Indianapolis with 16 years of experience designing and shipping reliable, secure software across enterprise and consulting environments. Currently at Wheaton Van Lines after a multi-year senior engineering role at CSX, he brings deep practical experience in mentoring, requirements-driven design, and improving operational workflows. He favors upstream-first engineering, clean diffs, and metadata automation—approaches that reduce tech debt and make systems more sustainable. His background spans startups to large corporations, including CTO responsibilities and contributions to open-source tooling from his Google Summer of Code roots. Notably, he blends hands-on full-stack delivery with a quiet focus on developer ergonomics and process optimization that often surfaces as small automation wins.
