Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolBrenda Sanchez is a product-focused backend developer with 8 years of experience building APIs and microservices using Node.js, TypeScript, Elixir, PostgreSQL and MongoDB. She has driven backend architecture and database design at fintech and mobility startups like Konfío and Kavak, and now contributes to product development at Guros. Skilled in both REST and GraphQL, she pairs hands-on implementation with production triage experience to deliver reliable, maintainable systems. A self‑starter and lifelong learner who trained at Laboratoria, she balances pragmatic engineering with clear documentation and cross‑team collaboration. Less obvious: she moves comfortably between monolithic and microservice architectures, which helps teams transition legacy systems toward more scalable designs.
