Top SchoolBrendan Doms is a serial founder and technical leader with 16 years of experience building data-driven, full-stack products across healthcare, logistics, and large-scale web crawling. As Co-Founder and CTO of Adni he’s focused on an all-in-one clinician engagement platform that blends marketplace economics, rewards, and analytics to improve hiring and retention for healthcare employers. He previously co-founded Hexi.ai to crawl and structure hundreds of millions of web pages using AI/ML, and led engineering and HIPAA compliance at Shurpa where a patented AI/genetic algorithm contributed to a successful acquisition. Brendan’s hands-on background spans Python, NodeJS, Svelte, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud, and enterprise integrations, and he repeatedly combines product leadership with system architecture and hiring. Based in Chicago, he brings entrepreneurial grit from his earliest startups to pragmatic technical stewardship in regulated domains. An often-overlooked strength is his track record of turning prototyped ideas into production-ready, acquisitive outcomes.
