Top SchoolBrennan A is a Principal who blends 20+ years of direct-to-consumer marketing and growth experience with nine years running Angel Real Estate Partners, where he acquires and directly operates multifamily and commercial assets across Southwest Virginia and the Southeast. He applies rigorous customer-acquisition thinking to underwriting and asset management, favoring hands-on operational discipline over passive ownership. Before focusing on real estate full-time he helped build category-defining consumer businesses—most notably the early Anova team that scaled sous vide to the mainstream and exited to Electrolux—so he evaluates properties and partners with the same growth-first lens he used for startups. Based in Roanoke, he targets smaller markets where fundamentals are strong but institutional capital is limited, and selectively partners with founders on equity-driven growth when marketing and ops can create outsized upside.
