Top SchoolBrennan Karrer is a founder and engineering leader with a decade of hands-on experience building and scaling enterprise software and production AI systems. He moved from managing teams and architecting cloud-native, real-time platforms to founding BCK Systems, where he helps SMBs turn AI opportunities into production-ready solutions they can own. Brennan has taken products from first commit to 100+ clients, single-handedly building complex systems—from ML pipelines and serverless audio processing to vector search and Kubernetes deployments. At LeoTech he drove high-impact strategic programs, filed provisional patents for voice identification tech, and slashed CI/CD times while modernizing infrastructure. Comfortable toggling between code and executive strategy, he combines full-stack depth with an operator’s focus on measurable business value. Based in Rancho Mirage, CA, he uniquely mixes solo-build grit with proven leadership in cross-functional, regulated environments.
