Top SchoolBrennan Newton is an Innovation and Technology Manager with 9 years of experience blending user-centered design and full-stack development to deliver practical digital products for AEC, public health, and agency clients. A Rhodes College computer science graduate, he has built and led UX-focused projects from his own studio to agency rebrands and enterprise intranets, pairing front-end craftsmanship with backend interfaces and internal tooling. Known for listening first, Brennan translates user insights into measurable outcomes—improving conversions, streamlining workflows, and guiding technology adoption across business functions. He’s now expanding into leadership roles to make UX more accessible and open new markets, bringing a rare mix of hands-on development, product thinking, and cross-departmental collaboration. An unexpected strength: he balances technical delivery with business-facing roles like BD and marketing, helping bridge design, engineering, and go-to-market efforts.
