Summary
👤
SeniorBreno Oliveira is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and CTO with 15+ years building cloud-native, scalable digital platforms from São Paulo. He co-founded and led engineering at Grão and now serves as Co-Founder & CTO at DuctorApp, bringing deep experience in platform architecture, AWS cost optimization, security (including PCI DSS), and building high-performing tech teams. Previously he scaled engineering organizations at Moip—growing a team from 13 to ~50—and shaped e-commerce and subscription systems used broadly in Brazil. Breno combines hands-on software craftsmanship (years across Java, microservices and CI/CD) with product and people leadership, having hired and mentored multiple technical leaders. He has an MBA from USP and a background in recruitment-tech and payments, which gives him a pragmatic edge in aligning product, ops and commercial needs. Outside work he’s a self-described “programmer addictive + coffee addictive,” hinting at both developer curiosity and long-hour dedication.
