Top SchoolBrent Hosie is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building full-stack SaaS applications, currently shipping product at Adobe from Salt Lake City. He combines deep JavaScript and Java expertise—React, functional programming, Redux, and LAMP stacks—with disciplined TDD and agile practices to deliver stable, high-quality software. A team-oriented engineer and occasional Scrum lead, he prioritizes trust, cross-functional role overlap, and continuous learning to help teams pivot quickly when new information arises. Brent has a track record of helping small businesses automate sales and marketing funnels and has moved from junior roles to senior impact across startups and enterprise environments. He’s comfortable saying “I don’t know” and then asking “How can I help,” which makes him a pragmatic mentor who elevates team performance as much as individual output.
