Senior🎓
Top SchoolBrett Pollett is a seasoned UX-focused web developer and agency owner with nine years of professional experience building client-first digital products from strategy through launch. As founder of Dark House Development and co-owner of thedevcave, he blends hands-on front-end and WordPress development with account management and long-term client relationships, avoiding the “dev-speak” handoff many agencies struggle with. He has led and scaled teams, taught UX/UI bootcamps for the University of Arizona, and brought marketing-driven usability expertise from roles as Technology Director and Creative Director. Comfortable managing contractors and complex marketing automation stacks, Brett couples visual design roots with pragmatic engineering to deliver polished, conversion-focused experiences. Based in Tempe, AZ, he’s known for turning consultative discovery into durable partnerships rather than one-off projects.
