Top SchoolBrett Stottlemyer is a Senior Software Architect with 11+ years building end-to-end systems that fuse software, sensors, hardware, and connectivity—ranging from in-vehicle infotainment and software-defined vehicle architectures at Ford to drivable AR platforms and edge AI prototypes. He combines hands-on coding with architecture leadership, shipping features into flagship vehicles (e.g., panoramic displays and HUD/AR platforms) while leading cross-functional teams through iterative prototyping to production. As an entrepreneur he founded Curiosity Technologies to help organizations navigate deep-tech innovation and currently architects next-generation AR at Distance Technologies. He is pragmatic about AI tool use—running models locally for privacy and focusing on explainability and sustainable integration rather than black-box answers. Brett’s background in aerospace engineering and early career systems work for Lockheed Martin and defense contractors gives him uncommon systems-level fluency that informs robust, real-world designs.
