Senior🎓
Top SchoolBrian Becker is an experienced APL specialist and entrepreneur who has run Blue Dolphin Solutions, an APL consultancy he founded in 1983, while serving as APL Tools Architect at Dyalog since 2011. He combines deep domain expertise in APL tooling with decades of hands-on systems design across industries—from tariff-aware telecom planning to risk assessment and healthcare applications. A practical problem solver by trade, he has repeatedly translated complex regulatory and business constraints into maintainable software and developer tools. His career blends long-term client consultancy with product-focused engineering, and he remains active in the APL community dating back to 1975. Based in Henrietta, New York, he brings a rare continuity of expertise and institutional memory in a niche language that few practitioners now possess.
