Top SchoolBrian Frias is a Brand and Technology Manager with nearly three decades of experience in the sporting goods industry and over a decade managing IT and brand identity for outdoor manufacturers. Based in Elk Grove, CA, he combines hands-on IT management—network, POS, inventory and server maintenance—with strategic brand stewardship across electronic media. His background spans retail operations, outside sales, and technical support, giving him a rare operator’s perspective on product, merchandising and systems integration. Comfortable bridging the gap between store-floor realities and technology solutions, he reliably translates operational needs into practical IT workflows. Colleagues benefit from his deep institutional knowledge of winter sports and outdoor markets and his steady track record of keeping small-to-mid sized retail systems running smoothly.
