Top SchoolBrian Harney is a pragmatic software engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area with seven years of experience building Azure-hosted web applications and integrating ERP and e-commerce systems. He delivers full SDLC projects using C#, Node.js, ASP.NET MVC, React/Angular, SQL and RESTful APIs, pairing hands-on coding with Agile project management. Brian has significant customer-facing experience translating operational needs into technical and functional artifacts—flow charts, data mappings, design proposals and cost estimates—that keep implementations on time and on budget. Comfortable across front-end and back-end stacks, he also manages deployments on IIS and produces maintainable Web Services. Currently completing a B.S. in Computer Science after earlier studies in Political Science, he brings a disciplined analytical perspective to product and process decisions. His public GitHub and portfolio reflect a focus on practical, production-ready solutions rather than flashy prototypes.
