Senior🎓
Top SchoolBrian S is a seasoned Project Manager based in California with over a decade of experience delivering complex software, cloud migrations, and cross-functional programs across enterprise and entertainment industries. He combines hands-on technical background in Android and backend development with proven SDLC and Agile transformations that have boosted team efficiency by 20–50%. Notable delivery experience includes leading a 1,100-host VMware-to-Azure AVS migration and orchestrating large backup and mobile app migrations for financial clients, repeatedly earning extended client trust as a single point of contact. His career began in visual effects and compositing, where he also developed pipeline tooling—giving him an uncommon blend of creative production discipline and software engineering rigor. Brian is strong at aligning disparate stakeholders, quantifying ROI for strategic decisions, and building intake and backlog processes that eliminate ad-hoc work. He stays current through continuous learning and pragmatic technical contributions, making him effective at both delivery governance and hands-on problem solving.
