Top SchoolBrittney Kernan is a front-end–focused web developer with over a decade of hands-on experience and 17+ years in the broader web and digital media space, now optimizing Notion’s marketing site for UX, SEO, and experimentation. She’s led and coached small engineering teams at agencies like Elephant and Big Spaceship, shipping web, native, AR/VR, and retail installations for major brands while improving process and code quality. Comfortable both mentoring and contributing code, she moves fluidly between prototyping, production front-end work, and client-facing strategy. Based in New York, she pairs agency-grade creative sensibility with practical engineering rigor—and when she’s not probably coding right now, she’s known for a past life DJing NYC venues, which informs her knack for audience-first experiences.
