Senior🎓
Top SchoolBruce Taylor is a seasoned Full Stack Engineer and UI specialist with 11 years of focused industry experience and over two decades building websites. Currently at Admiral Group Plc, he delivers customer-facing web solutions while balancing front-end polish with back-end and devops pragmatism. He specialises in the "front-of-the-front-end"—the fuzzy intersection of design systems, themeable design tokens, and scalable component architecture—ensuring UI consistency without locking teams into a single tech stack. His work spans PWAs, accessible MPAs, headless CMS integrations, and performance-driven optimisations, with practical experience in GTM, cookie consent, and customer engagement tooling. Quick to learn and methodical in knowledge sharing, he routinely leads upskilling sessions and embeds best practices that reduce tech debt and improve data accuracy. Based in Crawley, UK, he runs his own design/dev studio alongside corporate contracts, reflecting a rare mix of consultancy breadth and enterprise delivery.
