Senior🎓
Top SchoolBruce Tsai is a Technical Director based in New Taipei with 11 years of engineering and leadership experience building scalable, cloud-native systems and high-throughput services. He has led multi-discipline teams (backend, frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, DBA) and driven major platform improvements—upgrading legacy frameworks, introducing Kubernetes, CI/CD, gRPC, and performance-focused tooling to support 10x traffic growth. Practically-minded, Bruce designed Sharding JDBC migrations, split order modules to avoid contention, rebuilt load-testing with Gatling and Argo workflows, and diagnosed live production outages to minimize user impact. As an owner of Prhythm Studio he maintains active side projects and open-source experiments spanning web components, mobile tools, and infrastructure prototypes. He blends hands-on implementation (often 75%+ code ownership on projects like Sporty.com) with architecture and process improvements that reduce risk and operational cost. Fluent in both Java and .NET ecosystems, he pairs deep systems troubleshooting skills with an appetite for technical experimentation.
