Top SchoolBruno Cartier is a hands-on CTO and entrepreneur based in La Rochelle with 12 years of experience building web and hybrid mobile platforms for tourism, e-commerce and enterprise clients. He combines technical leadership—choosing tech stacks, running infrastructure and managing teams—with deep implementation experience across Django, Node, Vue, Angular/Ionic and WordPress. As an independent developer at BisonDev he delivered bespoke systems, automated data pipelines and mobile apps, and contributes practical open-source fixes for Cordova tooling and front-end themes. Comfortable across backend, frontend and DevOps, he often bridges product needs and engineering constraints to rapidly ship maintainable solutions. A subtle strength is his cross-platform mobile expertise (Cordova/Ionic) paired with an infrastructure mindset, which helps him optimize both user experience and operational reliability.
