Senior🎓
Top SchoolBruno Fonseca is a Senior Solutions Consultant with 11 years at DocuSign, combining deep technical fluency in APIs and integrations with hands-on pre-sales leadership across SMB to enterprise accounts. He has led 100+ POCs and custom demos, translating complex product capabilities into clear business value and driving adoption through scalable enablement assets used across LATAM. His background spans support, sales development, demo architecture, and solutions engineering, giving him a rare end-to-end view of the customer journey from first touch to post-sale success. A natural coach and content creator, he builds demo assets and training that improve win rates regionally while mentoring teammates and shaping cross-functional processes. Based in São Paulo with a Math & Computer Science foundation, he brings curiosity, ownership, and a people-first approach to turning technical complexity into confident customer decisions. Not obvious from titles: his career began in bilingual technical support, which underpins his ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
