Senior🎓
Top SchoolBruno Ghisi is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and executive from Santa Catarina with over two decades of software development experience and 14 years in leadership roles, best known as cofounder and long-time CTO of RD Station. He blends deep engineering chops in Java and digital TV middleware with product and R&D leadership, now serving as Diretor Executivo at TOTVS for the RD Station business unit and chairman of Fundo Catarina. A Java Champion, Endeavor alum and Stanford business attendee, Bruno has mentored, advised and invested in startups across multiple successful exits, demonstrating a knack for turning engineering projects into scalable businesses. His background spans web, mobile, desktop and TV platforms, and he often bridges academia and industry—recently helping create an endowment fund to finance UFSC students. Less obvious: he repeatedly moves between hands-on technical work and high-level governance, making him equally fluent in JVM internals and boardroom strategy.
