Top SchoolBruno Palos is a Staff Software Engineer based in Aveiro, Portugal with 11 years of experience building resilient backend platforms and high-throughput services. He began as a Java developer and evolved through QA automation and betting-industry backend roles into senior and staff engineering positions, now driving systems at JUMO. Bruno has deep expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Batch, RxJava and large-scale integrations (including SAF-T processing and telemetry platforms), and has repeatedly translated complex regulatory and business requirements into robust data pipelines. Comfortable in both startup and enterprise contexts, he co-founded a small software lab and has hands-on experience with Node.js, Elasticsearch and time-series systems. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic and curious—equally at ease architecting batch jobs for tax portals or iterating quickly in startup environments.
