Top SchoolBryan Costanich is a serial technology founder and CEO with 14+ years building and scaling developer-focused IoT and embedded systems, currently leading Wilderness Labs to deliver defense-grade, .NET-native IoT platforms and end-to-end device fleets. He previously held senior engineering and leadership roles at Xamarin and Microsoft, bringing deep experience in mobile, Bluetooth LE, and cross-platform development that informs the company’s hardware and connectivity toolkits. His work has translated into measurable customer impact—helping small agricultural operations double egg production and cutting feed costs, and enabling enterprises to securely manage environmental data at scale. Bryan blends hands-on open-source contributions (notably in Xamarin BluetoothLE tooling) with product strategy, accelerating prototypes into production for agriculture, manufacturing, critical infrastructure and defense. Based in Seattle, he pairs pragmatic engineering with business-building instincts, often offering technical consultations that jumpstart time-to-market. A less obvious strength is his consistent focus on making embedded development accessible—packaging complex secure connectivity and fleet management into developer-friendly starter kits and cloud services.
