Top SchoolBryan Eaton is a Senior Staff Software Engineer and technical founder with 11 years of experience building full-stack, scalable web and messaging systems from Orlando, Florida. He co-founded Thryve to simplify church communications and now drives the growth of its messaging infrastructure within Gloo, focusing on reliability, scale, and expanded use cases. Hands-on across the stack, Bryan ships production services using TypeScript/Node, React, Postgres, Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD while coaching teams to adopt robust architectures. His entrepreneurial background includes multiple startups and client projects—mobile and web products, video hiring platforms, and SMS-driven systems—demonstrating both product intuition and execution. Known for pragmatic migrations (e.g., advocating React over large Angular codebases) and improving team processes, he blends engineering craft with mentorship. Outside work he emphasizes family life as a husband and father, which informs his user-centered approach to building meaningful communication tools.
