Top SchoolBryan Healey is a pragmatic technology leader and CTO based in Boston with over a decade of hands-on experience building ML-powered products and full-stack systems for startups and enterprise teams. He has led machine learning and speech/NLP initiatives at Aiera, Amazon, and Lola.com, translating research-grade models into investor-facing real-time event analytics, recommendation engines, and conversational interfaces. As founder of Healey Engineering he blends strategic business development with contract data science and systems architecture, routinely shipping scalable production pipelines. His background spans early-stage engineering to director-level architecture and productization, and he pairs an MBA in project management with a BS in computer science to bridge technical execution and business outcomes. An engineer at heart, he often surfaces pragmatic infrastructure shortcuts—like lightweight queueing and MVC migrations—that quietly amplify team velocity and reliability.
