Senior🎓
Top SchoolBryan Hickey is an operations-focused generalist with 11 years of professional experience and a 15-year track record of freelance and contract work helping not-for-profits and SMEs align marketing, product design, and web development to mission outcomes. He combines hands-on full‑stack web skills (React, Next.js, Sanity) and UX-driven product design with practical marketing, brand and content strategy, so he can both design a solution and help organisations operationalise it. Comfortable wearing many hats, Bryan has led scrum teams, run his own agencies, and instituted scalable processes like DAM libraries and formal design request workflows. He brings a thoughtful, trust-first approach to working with leaders and often surfaces holistic insights that specialist practitioners miss. Outside work he’s family-oriented and values-driven, with a background in pastoral care that informs his collaborative, service-focused style.
