Top SchoolBryce Dougherty is a web engineer specializing in conversion rate optimization, currently running CRO efforts for Ramp’s marketing site with hands-on A/B testing, JavaScript, React, and Next.js. With 12 years of experience and several roles at HubSpot, he has a track record of driving double-digit conversion improvements, building payments integrations with Stripe, and owning end-to-end feature delivery on growth teams. He combines front-end craftsmanship with product-minded experimentation—designing tests, implementing production-safe variants, and analyzing results to inform roadmaps. Bryce’s finance degree informs his data-driven approach to prioritizing work that moves business metrics, not just shipping UI. He’s comfortable as a sole engineer or as a mentor in cross-functional teams, and he has a history of modernizing stacks from mobile Swift apps to TypeScript web platforms. Colleagues rely on him to translate business goals into measurable technical solutions that improve user experience and revenue.
