Senior🎓
Top SchoolBurak Kaya is a Modeling & Simulation Engineer with eight years of experience designing high-fidelity dynamic models and control systems for missile and aerospace applications at Roketsan. As a project technical lead he bridges system-level requirements and hands-on simulation work—building subsystem models, supporting HIL testing, and aligning multidisciplinary teams to meet tight milestones. His background in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University includes M.Sc. research on modeling, state estimation and control of an autonomous underwater vehicle and B.Sc. work on attitude and orbit determination, reflecting a strong cross-domain dynamics skill set. Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink, he pairs rigorous flight-data validation with iterative model improvement to ensure real-world fidelity. Notably, his early leadership designing and flying CanSat systems—winning top rankings in AIAA competitions—signals practical circuitry, embedded-software and integration instincts that complement his defense-focused simulation expertise.
