Top SchoolByron Becker is a backend and infrastructure engineer and serial founder with a decade of experience building scalable systems and developer-facing tooling. He founded CycleOps and independently created CanDB, a NoSQL storage framework for the Internet Computer that was acquired by the Origyn Foundation, and now builds proactive monitoring and rapid-content apps like Meme Fighter. His background spans production roles at AWS and data-intensive engineering at Kidaptive, where he translated statistical algorithms into distributed systems and designed end-to-end learner analytics platforms. Based in California, Byron combines hands-on systems design, database expertise, and a founder’s product instinct to ship practical infrastructure that empowers other developers. An early-career researcher and educator, he also brings experience in WebRTC and teaching developer tooling, reflecting a pattern of turning research prototypes into user-ready software.
