Top SchoolByron Patterson is a Principal at Renaissance Strategic Advisors with a decade of experience bridging technical aerospace engineering and strategic consulting across defense, space, government services, and general aviation. He leverages an MIT M.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics and hands-on flight control experience from Boeing Phantom Works—where his controllers demonstrably cut pilot workload and vibration signatures—to translate complex A&D technologies into market and programmatic insights. At Renaissance he progressed rapidly from Senior Analyst to Principal, advising clients on technology-driven strategy and commercial positioning. Byron’s profile combines rigorous engineering credibility, a quality-oriented programming mindset, and practical aviation chops as a VFR private pilot.
