Senior🎓
Top SchoolByron Wall is a senior frontend engineer based in Durham, NC with four years of focused experience building user-centered, accessible, well-tested, and performant web applications. Currently at commercetools he architects React-driven merchant center apps and works across JavaScript stacks including Node, Prisma, and GraphQL. Previously he drove UX advocacy and maintained a shared React/styled-components component library at Duke University School of Medicine, bringing both design sensibility and implementation rigor. An entrepreneurial founder and freelance veteran, he has shipped mobile and web products across diverse stacks and sectors, from food-rescue apps to event platforms. He’s pragmatic about hiring conversations—preferring roles with company, title, and salary band up front—and blends front-end craft with a background in sustainable agriculture and advanced Chinese study that informs a pragmatic, human-centered approach to product.
