Senior🎓
Top SchoolC Hamlin is a veteran technology executive and hands-on architect with more than three decades of software engineering experience and a current focus as CTO of Kinetic Learning. He has led cloud and enterprise architecture at scale—most notably as Chief Development Architect for SAP SuccessFactors—guiding product, delivery, and operations for global SaaS deployments. Equally comfortable in pre-sales and deep technical delivery, he has repeatedly founded and run consulting firms that translate mission-critical business needs into robust distributed systems. His background spans early GUI and compiler tooling at Cray to modern cloud-native HCM platforms, reflecting a rare continuity from low-level systems to large-scale SaaS. Based in Minneapolis, he combines a practitioner’s coding roots with executive leadership and a track record of building teams and frameworks that endure. An understated detail: he’s repeatedly returned to consultancy and startups, showing a persistent drive to architect practical solutions rather than settle into purely managerial roles.
