Top SchoolCalev Eliacheff is an experienced Full Stack Engineer based in Strasbourg with eight years building web and scientific software for startups, public-sector missions, and freelance clients. He combines hands-on backend work in Python, Node/Typescript and Postgres with frontend skills in Angular and UX-focused UI development, plus ops experience on AWS and GitLab CI. As a co-founder of Sweep.city and a long-term freelancer he regularly takes projects from product analysis through UI, development and deployment, including multi-tenant SaaS and image-analysis systems. His portfolio includes scientific model platforms (TensorFlow, NumPy, Dash), FastAPI image-analysis services using OpenCV/dlib, and payment/auth integrations like Stripe and Okta. Comfortable shipping end-to-end solutions, he also contributed to several beta.gouv.fr civic tech initiatives, reflecting a pragmatic blend of public-sector and startup engineering. Colleagues value him for turning complex requirements into reliable, production-ready systems while keeping codecraft and operational robustness front of mind.
