Top SchoolCameron Kruse is a Director of Digital Technology based in Los Angeles with a decade of experience melding creative technology, product strategy, and geospatial solutions to connect people with the natural world. He has led technical and product efforts at organizations from Mapbox to Booz Allen and now Fika, and advises on food and climate data at Earth Genome while moonlighting as a National Geographic explorer. His background spans expedition filmmaking, VR storytelling, and building production-ready ML and hardware systems, giving him a rare blend of field‑tested empathy and engineering rigor. Cameron excels at turning complex environmental data into compelling, usable experiences—whether that’s mapping remote communities or designing urban farming products. He is equally comfortable leading cross-functional teams and getting hands-on in code, prototypes, or expedition logistics. An adventurous collaborator, he leverages scientific training and storytelling to create technology that connects rather than distracts.
