Top SchoolCameron Smith is a Strategic Technical Account Manager with two decades of experience translating category-defining SaaS and security technologies into executive strategy and measurable business outcomes. He has led large-scale AI/ML and cloud security transformations for highly regulated enterprises, driving adoption across thousands of users and Fortune 500 clients. Cameron’s background spans trading systems to Zero Trust security and enterprise app generation, with recent roles at Zscaler, Dataiku, Domo, and now Retool, where he helps customers safely harness AI and enterprise data. Known for turning complex technical capability into operational playbooks, he consistently delivers retention, growth, and risk-reducing outcomes across large ARR accounts. Based in New York, he combines deep product fluency with a practitioner’s bias for operationalizing technology at scale—often spotting governance and adoption gaps that others miss.
