Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolCamila Campos is a Senior Software Engineer based in São Paulo with 11 years of experience building resilient back-end systems across Ruby on Rails, Go, Python and cloud platforms. She has driven complex rewrites and refactors that transformed slow, fragile products into modular, maintainable systems—cutting delivery times from weeks to days and shrinking a clinical workflow from 40+ days to one week. Her recent work spans event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Google Pub/Sub), event-sourced kernels and idempotent processing to ensure consistency in high-stakes financial and healthcare domains. Comfortable contributing to product roadmaps as well as code, she blends technical leadership with practical prioritization and cross-stakeholder domain storytelling. Having shipped production systems at companies from fintech to healthtech and moved between monolith-to-modular designs, she brings a pragmatic eye for trade-offs that improve performance and developer velocity. Fluent in both Portuguese and English and trained at USP with an exchange at University of Delaware, she pairs strong engineering craft with international perspective.
