Top SchoolCan Sözbir is a full-stack .NET software engineer with 8 years of experience building cloud-native, event-driven systems and user-facing applications from Istanbul. He has shipped serverless microservices on Azure, managed CI/CD pipelines, and improved payment and API flows while working with startups and product teams at companies like The Student Promise and Trendyol Group. Early roles in ML and data science gave him hands-on experience with NLP, semantic similarity, and model deployment, and he optimized vector search performance in PostgreSQL to cut latency by 60%. Comfortable across backend (.NET Core, EF Core, PostgreSQL), frontend (Angular/SSR), and automation (Python, Docker), he combines practical production engineering with a knack for operational improvements and cross-cultural collaboration.
