Top SchoolCarley Mostar is a founder and narrative strategist with 11 years of experience designing research-backed communications and campaigns that drive social impact and inclusion. She leads Tandem Narratives after directing strategic marketing for GET Cities and consulting across global philanthropy and social enterprise programs, where her work shaped theory of change frameworks and high-reach influencer campaigns. Combining an MBA focused on Social Value Creation with a background in documentary storytelling and media production, she translates complex research into compelling messages, toolkits, and campaign systems organizations can operationalize. Her practice emphasizes stakeholder-centered narrative research, tested messaging, and strategy-to-implementation pathways that build internal capacity rather than external dependence. Based in Milwaukee, she pairs creative production chops with rigorous impact measurement—an uncommon blend that helps mission-driven teams move from story to sustained systems change.
